The purpose of Desktime is to ensure your time is used productively and effectively; it helps track time spent on each task and identifies areas for improvement. Thank you for sharing your feedback! At GEI, we currently do not have a Work-from-Home (WFH) policy due to the nature of our business. We believe that having all employees in the office fosters collaboration, communication, and a strong company culture. However, we understand that there may be individual circumstances where employees face unexpected situations, such as medical or personal emergencies, that make it difficult or impossible to come to the workplace for an extended period. In such cases, the line manager, in consensus with the business head, can consider these situations and provide necessary solutions. We take your feedback seriously and are continuously working to improve our processes. Please note that delays in response may occur due to the complexity of inquiries, the need for thorough research and consultation, or the requirement for exception approvals. While we strive to prioritize urgent matters, additional time may sometimes be needed to provide accurate and effective assistance.
