The clients that we worked with in ULaw were wonderful people. They appreciated and recognised us for the hardwork we did. They valued us as human beings.

Dislikes

I left the organisation because of the politics in the India side of things. It’s nasty! Especially the timetabling team, they were horrible people. They shout at you, call you names behind your back, there is endless partiality and you are just forced to keep your mouth shut or leave the organisation. The senior leadership upto the director level are the same kind of people.

Likes

1. Salary is paid on time, and is as per the market standards. 2. If you're lucky enough to get complete solo project responsibilities, you'll learn a lot. 3. Cab facility is good. 4. Few HRs are really professional and responsive to employees questions, only few.

Dislikes

1. Promotions and good increments were given only for the senior members like manager's fav people, lot of biased decisions based on community you belong. Huge discrimination based on the place you belong to, ( except Andhra, Telangana). 2. Micromanagement at its peak, manager and senior members took credit of work done by other employee, n showcased their greatness to the business/management. 3. my experience with the concerned HRBP wasn't nice, she was non responsive, and showed a lot of attitude. 4. Work from home is given to manager's favorite employees n manager tried to justify the leaves taken by senior members, while discriminating others reasons, in a way was made feel guilty of utilizing my own leaves. 5. 0 work life balance as the timings are strictly work from office, and generally was extended to official holidays.
