Central People are making Good Policy, but it will not be executed on ground level.

Dislikes

No clear communication by HR, and deputy leader person, Sudden made any rule if you will not follow then they will behave like dictator. No proper Plan for any meeting, Discussion and if we have any Query then these people never respond our concern (because they are not aware about those things), due to this behavior of School management lots of teacher absconds the school and central authority person not checking what going on ground level by the deputy leader and HR....Read More
