Management sucks. No work life balance They will make you work till you die. 3months sitting for work experience certificate,still never got. All the time there is vacancy both for teachers and students. Salary is far too less.

I worked for 2 years it was a good journey in Yelahanka Branch but as soon as Ms Aparna Sharma(new principal- transferred) and Ms Pallavi Bohra(coordinator- Rejoined, was terminated by the ex-principal) place became toxic to work, with full-on dirty politics. Hijab issue, casteism, unequal distribution of workload by these people. If the principal and coordinators are good then you can serve for a long time. Work culture depends upon your colleagues because in one branch I got good colleagues and not in another branch, so school is not responsible for that. Dislikes

Forget about your personal life. Early morning till late evening, sometimes at night too you need to be available on WhatsApp. It looks like pressure is only on teachers not on the backend team because whenever we have a query they will not resolve it on time. The backend team will not even respond to the calls from teachers. Poor backend team.
