Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose

As a Marketing coordinator for the InUni Marketing Team your primary responsibility will be to streamline our marketing operations and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Meeting Coordination and Note-Taking

• Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders. 
•  Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute meeting minutes to relevant parties. 
•  Track action items from meetings and ensure they are completed on time.

Project Support

• Monitor the attendance and training schedules of the entire team
• Assign and track action items to appropriate team members. 
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion. 
• Manage and prioritize incoming emails, routing them to the correct team members.
• Manage onboarding documentation to ensure training materials are up to date.

Process Improvement

•  Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency. 
•  Implement new tools and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Relevant 

Experience

• Previous experience of 4+ years in similar role preferred.
