We do understand as an employer they also have their parameters in following up or may call it as pressure. But had a good work atmosphere while Minvesta as a employer, suggest to have them back and appreciate to work under such Co. :)

I didn't come across any such situations in my working period and rather I would refer for my colleagues to join Minvesta. :)

Every day was exciting and challenging this is because there used to be more surprised work everyday in to multiple task, where in we had already trained and ready to hit the challenge.
