The Company culture was good, colleagues were supportive, and there were fixed working hours we didn't have to work on weekends. Salary was average but not that low.

Job security was the issue; if the company didn't have any project, it would terminate you immediately. They would not mind making you work on weekends if there is pressure from the client side, but you will not get any extra money for the weekends. CEO will always have eyes on your time that's a bit like mental torture for the employee
