Here you won’t get leaves and you have to work on Saturday Sunday also day night also you have to work no schedule is following not requirement freezing no documentation we have to develop according to the bank every requirement is urgent

Pay is great and they have nice products. Bonus and salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Growth of employees is not prioritized, work pressure is more due to ad-hoc unplanned activities. All websites blocked learning is difficult in this environment. Appraisal process is not transparent some people without putting much efforts gets same appraisal as the person putting most of the efforts.
