Appraisal and job security are two negative point here. I joined here as hybrid work model after some month hr told me nothing hybrid here you need to do wfo if not agree then look another job.

There is nothing to mention worth about. No skill enhancement, no support from team as well as manager. This is more a political organization than an IT company.

Worst organization every they all liers take my three interview in long and long time I select IBM ,tech Mahindra,wipro I don't know what this company needed they take my interview lots of day and waste my time to told you are not selected in this process first they select me and then told not selected fraud company please don't go this company for a interview the hr name divya who wasting my time

There is worklife balance, you don’t have to work extra and no OT is there.

They hire on contract by saying that you will be permanent after 24 months and salary will be increased accordingly, offered wfh by negotiating the salary, but after few months called to office without any increase in salary, not even did the permanent employment.

Bad Work Culture, Bureaucracy, Dead HR System, Over exploitation of the resources, No Empathy, No Job security, Micro management, No Recognition, No Respect, Language based grouping (Mallu's and Bengali's dominated) in both Senior and Mid Management, No involvement from VP, Chairman, HR whatever happens with the leadership team.

Very poor work life balance. No hierarchy being followed. Owner himself is of the thought that work is important than personal life. Not sure why people don't speak up but if you do so, obviously you are the culprit.

Cool environment . Good night shift allowance with dinner coupon worth rs 40 on daily Extra OT payment of 500rs worth Goodies on festivals Team lunch. Based on the project you will get work life balance that cannot be judged in any organisation
