I don't seems this have been a great time working there since it was for a 3rd party and working for 3rd party on the patrol of ML is no waste ,they won't consider as like their employees.no valuable feedback no such hikes,no other benefits ,just go work a days and get the normal pay

treat all the employees same,give reasonable hikes,give same benefits you giving to your site employees.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
