The only thing that is good about microland is job security. Apart from that I don't see any positives

There are lot of things.. 1. Most of the managers will not treat employees as human they just blackmail and expose you infront of managers. 2. There is no work life balance and managers and management make company culture horrible. 3. There is satisfaction they make engg work for 12-14 hours. 4. Lot of new technologies can be learned from this organisation. You will get shift allowance and broadband bill claims. Over all the organisation is good.

Dislikes

Politics happens inside the organisation and there is no value for your knowledge or honesty. Unnecessary rules will be implemented just like if you work on tickets and you update on time, still management will get scars on his fingers and they point out you just for small mistakes which is already ignored by clients. If the ticket count is less then they will start playing with good tickets which you already resolved or going to resolve it. There is worklife balance, you don’t have to work extra and no OT is there.

They hire on contract by saying that you will be permanent after 24 months and salary will be increased accordingly, offered wfh by negotiating the salary, but after few months called to office without any increase in salary, not even did the permanent employment.

Bad Work Culture, Bureaucracy, Dead HR System, Over exploitation of the resources, No Empathy, No Job security, Micro management, No Recognition, No Respect, Language based grouping (Mallu's and Bengali's dominated) in both Senior and Mid Management, No involvement from VP, Chairman, HR whatever happens with the leadership team.

Very poor work life balance. No hierarchy being followed. Owner himself is of the thought that work is important than personal life. Not sure why people don't speak up but if you do so, obviously you are the culprit.
