Nothing to like here. Very worst management. Biased and no value or recognition on hard work.

Dislikes

No job security, No Support from higher management for career growth, no value for hard work. No recognition for good work, the work which is done by us is taken advantage and showcased as done by managers. Biased on language and place. There is a group of 4-5 people and everything happens as their wish. Even HR's will take the decision based on their words.

Too much pressure. They sell anything to client and force resources to do undoable things in short time. Every resource starting from junior levels handles multiple project when each project needs more than 8 hrs in a day. Company dosnt care about quality
