They don't value the employee , they just want to make money. They hire intern instead of provide appraisal to older employees . They Just casually say we cannot afford to pay you, so you have to find new jobs.

Work from home culture provides a lot of flexibility and saves a lot of time.

The entire company is dependent on a single client for the project. The company outsource their developers to a single client and the client have its own architecture for react native to work upon and we have to work on IDE on client's end. The client's end working culture is very bad. The managers and all are really bad most of the time.

Working at Metafic as a UI UX design intern has been a terrific learning experience. The design team here is incredibly supportive, where you may learn from experienced professionals and seniors, as well as the possibility to work on actual projects that challenge and improve your skills.

Woking remotely can sometimes make it difficult to receive detailed feedback and make contact. overall, the advantages of working here outweigh the drawbacks, making it a great place to start a career.

As i worked here for almost 1.3 yr i can say that work life balance is excellent, colleague are very helpful, no politics played by anyone, didn't work any single sat-sun since i joined this co. , leave approve instantly without asking any reason.

They providing less perks like welcome kit to new employee and need to worked on older version of technology.
