Lots of Politics goes around. If you are in your WO they will call you and indulge you in some sort of politics which you cannot think of. Moreover the TL I was under and the AM was ridiculous. They will make you irated and they dont deserve that position. In our batch there were 21 people. 16 of us resigned after the salary the reason being our TL and AM. Met technologies runs scam. It scams the customers and their staffs. Their salary date is 10th and you may(subjected to management's mood especially Nandini Gupta) loose it if you are absent in the first 10 days. The company deducted PF and ESI money but never let anyone know if there was a PF or ESI number. You would never get anexperience letter unless you are a very good licker.. they have their scam network spread worldwide. I have the entire information. Do not provide release letter inspite of letting them know 2 months prior leaving. Co-ordination between the management is poor.

Employee and colleagues were good but the management need to put effort to make them feel secured about the job, also do not provide release letter and underpay with too much pressure of work.
