I’d put it this way, if you have another opportunity at hand, take that and give this org a skip. It has a long way to go in terms of policies and general empathy.

Dislikes

Poor leadership, lopsided contractual terms and seems to function from the arbitrary zamindari landowner syndrome where treating employees like bonded labour is the order of exit procedures.
