Love the fast growth path unlike MNCs where you have to spend minimum time before you get an opportunity to play a step up role

Dislikes

Management is quite supportive in giving a step up role but while playing that step up role, it may feel a little overwhelming

Only good thing is you get the opportunity to learn if you get good projects.

No work-life balance, pay is poor - much lower than industry, no job security either. Company terminates 10% people every year

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
