Likes

Mercer provides free cab,food and health insurance to employees before pandemic. Job security is fine if you are the work performer. Otherwise risk is also there. Overall management policies are average.

Dislikes

There is so much politics and no work life balance here.Company Policies and package/increment are not defined for level of experience. So much discrimination into given package or increment. So always beware from this hiring manager strategy. Mercer is product based company but don't expect much as per other CMM level 5 product based company policy and benefits. Finance team is not upto mark in term of tax calculations and tax benefits....Read More
