Only thing I like is that it's a good company for freshers, good for faster learning.

I don't have any idea regarding Unit-1 so regarding Unit-2- Only focused on output, too much pressure on employee, because of pressure only the employees leave the company within 1-2 years of joining. It's better not to talk about work culture- it is below average. People work under the fear of loosing their job. In addition to thatyou are bound to work for a minimum of 12 hours a day to 24 hrs or more. Would like to site an example here- A person in packing department was continuously working for 16 hours a day for 3 weeks, on the 4th week he denied for working 16 hours as a result he was offended in front of other staffs and got threatened for cancellation of confirmation. Once you join here you forget that you are having a life out of the company. Their are still some employees who have been working hard without taking a single day leave from past 1 yr but never got appriciated for their hard work. Apart from that the HOD's are very good at playing with the careers for employees. They will never think of the the employees. They simply take freshers, make them suffer like hell and at the end while releaving they will play with the employee. some persons were even forced to work 9-10 days after their releaving dates without salary just to get their releaving officially and some employees left the company even without taking releaving. As the HODs are having links with other companies also suppose you got selected in any other company ant they got the info very next day you will receive a call from the company in which you got selected that you have been rejected because of these cunning HODs. It is not the company, the people working in it are making the life miserable for others.
