We cannot look for a job security in such a place where region, caste & creed still matters. They employe people who are hindu and priority given to North Indians. There is no equality in medopharm. We were working with full strength even during the corona period even when the cities where shut.. so I don't think they had any loss as their sale for medicine increased due to corona , but we never got our increament for an year. And Coming to the growth of our career , talent never matters here . They take people without related subject knowledge ( bsc etc.) when we can see many pharma students without job around us. Company policies never matters here as everything is been played according to their own policies (hod & president)....Read More

Everything I dislike about medopharm . Even though it was my first job . I couldn't show any gratitude towards them.

Work Details

Terrible Because it's a place where if people raise their voice they r either terminated or given a warning letter or if they write reviews they simply just remove the review and carry on with their work. No employer to employee interaction at all.
