Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  1. Channel Development
    • Identify and establish partnerships in unconventional sales channels such as Pizza centres, premium Food stores, gyms, yoga studios, co-working spaces, boutique wellness stores, and health cafes.
    • Explore collaboration opportunities with Premium Food stores, wellness and Nutrition coaches, and alternative healthcare practitioners etc
  2. Exhibition and Event Participation:
    • Represent the brand at trade shows, wellness expos, and industry-specific exhibitions to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
    • Organize and participate in promotional events to engage with potential customers and partners.
  3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Create and manage a pipeline of prospects to drive consistent business growth.
  4. Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, event organizers, and stakeholders to maximize opportunities for collaboration.
    • Provide exceptional post-sales support to maintain long-term partnerships.
  5. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and new opportunities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for product improvements or new product development based on customer feedback.
  6. Reporting and Coordination:
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports, progress updates, and market analysis to senior management.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business development efforts.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business marketing, or MBA.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or channel management, preferably in the wellness products or FMCG industry.
  • Extensive experience in planning, organizing, and participating in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Strong network in health, fitness, lifestyle, or health-focused industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for events and partner meetings.
