The people are good and work is not that complex will get enough help to under if you are new later the expectations will be increased in every other day. Over all it was good.

*Office politics is a big problem there even if you try to avoid you will be dragged. *Very slow growth in skill development as well as financially. *No Officer parties or any other activities.

There is lot for learning which no one will teach you , you have to take efforts and adapt , no limit for scope of learning, flexible in work timings & leaves and hybrid working system.

No work life balance and very poor culture. There is no team spirit it’s only about work. Systems are also very poor and laid back.

1) insult from manager on daily basis based on his mood 2) no proper training. Only observe at the time training and you need to start processing by your own. No SOP maintained. 3) promotion only to full time MBA and CA and if you are not full time MBA and CA then wait for your promotion till 4 to 5 years of completion in the firmCurrently one full time MBA was promoted every year from associate to senior associate and from senior associate to associate manager. 4) promotion is happening only on favouritism and not on performance. The work culture is not good at all and is full of politics. There is lot of baisness in the teams with the old employees working from long duration. And if concerns are raised also, no action is ever taken. No fixed working hours, more than 12-14 hours are fixed for a day.
