Dislikes

Worst management, no appraisals everytime same excuse that they are a growing company.. The managers are shortening the teams to 2-3 people and are expecting them to complete all the work that was being done by say 8 guys even you have to work on weekends! Btw no compensation for that either! Some managers are good but the growth for inexperienced guys under them depends on your identity ie. which part of India you belong to.. In short never join this wretched company!...Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
