1) The organization started in the year 2014 and was excellent. The old management cared for their employee and took every decision keeping the employees in mind considering how it would effect them. The management are just TASK masters, Hunters everyone filled with EGO. 2) The new management is absolutely rubbish and they care about money and filling their own pockets even if they have walkover employee lives. 3) The old HR manager was excellent and cared for his resources. The new HR manager is a lady and does not know anything in fact she does not not even excel (this is with regards to a recent query that i had asked her). 4) Most of the employees stay back as they don't have any other option in the market. 5) There is no learning, no upskilling, no external vendor training in the organization. 6) If you want to make a mess of you career, please join this organization. 7) The high rating on Google and Ambition box are all fake .
