I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Md computers is very insecure place if you work under Visal Gupta in purchase dept. He always underestimates all and behaves as if he knows everything , he is the teacher and all others are his students. He is very arrogant and I'll behaved person.

MD computers is schemebuz company. Politicsbuz company. The HR dept. Policy is not good at all. There is an employee named Vishal Gupta. What does he think of himself? He always does dadagiri. He behaves as if he is a teacher over there. I will beat him black and white wherever I will find him. He lives in Bengal, works in Bengal , eats in Bengal and doing dadagiri with Bengalis. The HR dept does not start pf or esi facility from the very beginning of your joining. They first test or verify you for three months. So please stay away from this company....Read More
