This place is hardly anything to talk about. They hire and fire people on the whim and fancy of HR manager and Center head. Obviously something is cooking between the two because HR head is hiring people all the time whereas company is saying we want to be lean. So many things can be automated but she with him is building her kingdom. Culture is one of buttering. And talent of people is poorest. It’s strange that McKinsey has brought this terrible talent in. Bias and runs like a shop. No professionalism. If you can suck up to HR head and Center Head, you can stay back. They are both increasing costs and people and nobody is watching.
