The external people getting hired these days and made to sit at top positions does not know about the culture and just spoiling it, So if you are under outside hired boss, the company you heard about will no where be near .

Office Politics If you are looking for a place where you will find a lot to learn this is not the place, lot of people have lot of time the work is so less that is why there is work life balance but learning is pathetic here They have overhired and now they fired in march 2023 I was very disappointed by the work

Up or out culture where progression depends on having “sponsors” within the Firm who are willing to staff you; in fact, there is no other way to get staffed on projects except finding these sponsors since there are so few projects (most are lost to BCG, some never come due to deteriorating quality)
