Mbit is a third party payroll company. Mbit hiring for TCS. They give good salary hike.

Salary - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

It's a third party payroll company. There is no policy for maternity. If you have to go on maternity leave then you have to lost your job. No job security.
