I would highly recommend this organisation if you punctual and respectful about seniors as well as work. Company will never let you down. I spent 2 years I hardly found any flaws.

Maveric have some really good mentor. Lot to learn as you have to do everything from scratch and this gives you good learning.

Nepotism, this is what Maveric supports.even good leaders keep themselves quiet and let this happen. No job security, you will be kicked out once you start highlighting their internal issues which are happening coz of their relatives.

I'm successfully completed my 7th anniversary in Maveric. Beautiful thing in Maveric is that you have access to an associate to Director level who are really encouraging and supportive in your operational work.

The person whose working for long time for a project and doing extremely well and got appreciation from the client also wont get any designation change or increase in salary irrespective of the experience but the person whose newly joined to the project and got trained by the same employee looks like not fair and got demotivated for the same reason

Lack of Risk taking by the managers / seniors on deploying resources in the project, Lack of confidence in approach of the managers / seniors towards the clients on the capability of organization, superficial scanning of requirement of client instead of in-depth understanding, Lack of long term perspective at the mid layer of the organization

maveric Systems has some areas that need improvement. Initially, they provided a 6-month training on big data and related tools, but it was more of an overview rather than in-depth learning. Unfortunately, when one of their client projects was put on hold, they started laying off employees without much explanation. this lack of job security, combined with poor work culture and management decisions, made it challenging . There is nothing to like about this company as a developer. If you to join as a tester then it is good.

There is hardly any project in the company. They promote themselves as they have lots of project but its just a gimmick. In terms of hike, just forget about it you won't get any hike and if you consider 2-3% hike as hike then its okay.
