Lack of information availability, Lack of a process in recruitment and onboarding, uncertainty in "go to person". Very slow growth in some departments. Irregular and varied contral policies among business divisions. Visible and audible negetivity at work place. Exisstance of minor language preferences. Very less scope for IJP's. Scope for implementing a lot of contemporary system's and policies in place. Takes a lot of No's for innovation.
