Maveric have some really good mentor. Lot to learn as you have to do everything from scratch and this gives you good learning.

Dislikes

Nepotism, this is what Maveric supports.even good leaders keep themselves quiet and let this happen. No job security, you will be kicked out once you start highlighting their internal issues which are happening coz of their relatives.
