Oppertunity to learn new skill, by being partners of cloud providers, free exam vouchers. But no projects to apply the skills learn't.

No of Certifications are directly proportional to the appraisals and bonuses. And not the amount of work done in a project. Certifications plays a lot of role on your appraisals and not the feedback you get on your current/previous project.
