Multiple projects culture is there so for freshers it is good to learn many things in same time

Work life balance is poor because you have to work multiple projects at same time. They will tag you 3 to 4 projects parallely. Management is poor.

After I joined, I had not assigned to any of the project. And on one day HR asked me to resign the job with one month notice period. I never expected this from them because they were continuously followed me for joining Mastek. Even the project are all shift basis includes night. The communication is not proper

Worst management, Horrible notice period experience, no support from team and managers for personal medical matters. Even if you give best the company and project, they will squeeze and throw you out. 3 months notice period but they wont be able to find your replacement till your last week. Worst company to work for. Forget about the appraisals as they will give you a simple excuse of low projection and low profit margins even though the management will get high salary with a lot of variable compensations....Read More

Mostly legacy people are working here and decisions happens based on their moods or how you keep them happy. You don’t have to be technically or managerial strong, just sugar coats your words and keep them happy. Good people are leaving the company due to this kind of unprofessional behaviour and unhealthy environment.

Work Life balance in Oracle Business Unit of Mastek is "Very Bad". Very Very Stressful. It's highly NOT recommended for senior employees ( 10 or more year of experience), Freshers and unmarried may handle but a big NO for someone with family responsibilities.

I've been in Mastek for more than 2 years. What I like the most is everyday there is something new to learn and seniors and team members are very helpful.

Dislikes

The promotion and appraisal are not so good. There is also lack in the appreciation of the work you do. They can see your efforts but I believe every employee needs just more than words😊.
