Good Salary offered at start. Good work environment. Good vacations for life balance. Top Higher management is supportive. Accomodation is Good.

Dislikes

Local management behave with discrimination. Local HR department create problems in the name of cost cutting. No labour law rules follow by company. Working hours are more. Local HR don't like non-arabic staff. No one available to solve your problem. Medical insurance not offered. Food is not good. Traveling safety not provided as per Iraq history. No salary hike after your joining. No HSE strict rules for workers safety. No training for foreigner employees....Read More
