Job security- they will call you on fine day and day not to come from tomorrow +if you resign they will torture you like hell. Payment- they pay you on 15th of the every month making you work 45days. Even if you resign, they will ask you to serve notice period but did not pay you. Culture- you will feel like you are in a kinder garden school, it’s just like a dictatorship here. You will feel like snakes all around and won’t be able to trust people easily. Work life balance- 0 you are force to work even on the Sundays if management demands, only person who can survive here is one who lock management shoes. you don’t have freedom of words in every condition. EVEN YOU HAVE CAMERA WITH MICROPHONE WHERE MANAGEMENT IS LISTENING TO YOUR EACH AND EVERY WORDS BE IT PERSONAL OF THE PROFESSIONAL. Politics- office politics are its peak, management use your colleagues as a weapon and target you keeping guns on there shoulder, no one is truth worthy. Nothing to like about the company, no ethics or moral values, no job security (they fire more faster than they hire),company do not have any manufacturing unit they fake it, they are not loyal to either their customers not their employes, 100% fake.
