Everything,No job security here, the post you see here is done by HR from different ID's or in the name of job thread's, they have no manufacturing unit, they not neither value there customer neither employees,they hire in name of placements and fire after 10days if they find person is not in their favours, today 80%-90% new recruits are also trying to leave the jobs but couldn't do so as they have made them signed the bonds for 3years without informing the candidates they give monthly salary after 45 days of working.
