As I worked in India Marriott so I didn't like the working hours minimum is 12 hrs and the weekly day off will be there 6 per month but it's depend upon the restaurant manager or f and b manager I didn't get weekly off . I used to work continusly 23 days or 19 days no one will check even the restaurant manager where we work . Remaining as per carrier ,growth ,learning, innovation is upon the mark. Just only the shift hours and weekly day off. If they plan one off day per week then the employees do it better of their new ideas, by hanging out and do better.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable ,high-quality products and has a global client base.as a result,I get to travel abroad,especially to the US and Canada.but on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and the client location.mine is a KSA riyadh,and they have some officers from Egypt,Nepal's,India,Indonesia,and Filipinos. Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high.sometimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.managers do not value an individual's unique strengths ,which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times .I do receive appreciation emails from the client,but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.also,there is no on-job training for freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step,which is A pain sometimes....Read More
