The amount of workload put on to the employees on daily basis for more than 12-13 hrs with merely 5-10 mins break taken can actually turn any person into an hardworking and an all rounder :)

Dislikes

There were lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues and they were biased. Salary paid was very less and it was not at all justified with the amount of work given. Food served in cafeteria was a risk to human health. The on job training was aswell not proper.

They never followed rules His salary structure is very bad in associate leval they are taking hours & hours of work but they didn't paid mony for that even we are in a sick then never care for that

I Love Marriott .They fired Many people during Lockdown, I Backed out and quit voluntarily because they were not following Work timings as per Labor Laws they made their own laws and everyday was working for 12-14 Hours was Very stressful no Freedom and time for personal life. If you are wearing hotel uniform you should forget that you are having a personal life and work like slave for hotels.

Too Much Work Load you work straight for 12-14 hours without Extra Pay and no Compensatory Off only working without money which effects physical and mental health of the person. Management do not care about staff they only make them work to fullest and staff should forget about their personal life
