Nothing is there to like as being with company for 9 years I was told to leave without any fault whereas my manager SAHIBA CHAIT should have been sacked as she harrassed me and did unfair treatment to me. She is still.yhete serving with pride and I am jobless. Worst management and HR

Marriott international Inc has a lot of politics and in top of that management just fails to play its role. Worst HR I have come across where HR favour "few". About salary part there is a huge gap between two people of similar designations. One Assistant Manager is paid 1 lakh and the other Assistant Manager is paid 5 lakhs! Marriott is good but the hotel I was working the working culture was terrible as the leadership fails the sales leaders I mean to say.only politics here and there and I have still jot received my last incentive and Mr.Mudit Sharma-DOS is still not processing it. My Q4 2019 incentive is still pending what to say our hard earn money. And the pending reason is Mudit Sharma.He fails to lead team. Marriott has a core value of put people first where it says take care of employees but it's nothing like that and it has been seen because of pandemic. I was employed at Le Meridien Mahabaleshwar and with me there were 21 managers and executives were laid off and we're told that company could not pay because of COVID-19 and when the hotel reopen we will be hired back but nothing happened. Hotel has been reopened and also they have hired fresh staff on low pay scale and we were sidelined. No support from higher management and still we are unemployed....Read More

Best hotel to work with, in terms of excellent team coordination and work ethics. Management team is always there to support the team during difficult times. Our HR along with security team had delivered food for all team members who were stuck in staff accommodation during the lockdown day, literally all 3 meals were cooked and delivered at the accommodation. Marriott culture . During Covid we are imposed with a salary cut, irrespective of how much is what I am earning per month. Just for being in a manager post , its not necessary that I will be getting high salary.Entire managers are imposed with salary cut of 50%, but are they earning in same scale? . I had completed 9 years with the company but I never thought that there would be napotism with me and I'll will be asked to leave the company. I didn't get any support when I required more.

Its an amazing organization to work with but the leadership qualities are missing in some of units. The core values and culture has been destroyed by them.

When you give 100% to company then in return you also expect something. I understand covid situation but before covid I had not been granted leaves during festival season, which I requested after an year. It was so disheartened
