Pay package for support departments which require skill Profesional is low and there is no SOP as to which brand needs to accommodate which role.

Nothing is there to like as being with company for 9 years I was told to leave without any fault whereas my manager SAHIBA CHAIT should have been sacked as she harrassed me and did unfair treatment to me. She is still.yhete serving with pride and I am jobless. Worst management and HR

... just fails to play its role. Worst HR I have come across where HR favour "few". About salary part there is a huge gap between two people of similar designations. One Assistant Manager is paid 1 lakh and the other Assistant Manager is paid 5 lakhs! Don't understand that what the AM with higher salary is doing extra......worst company to work with where management is not true to its employees.

...y actually live their core values as its just not on papers they do it everyday. No reason apart from less salary or deserving promotions to leave this Gurgaon CEC.
