There's no Work life balance. Job Security is okay okay.

Before joining they do offer a good salary, Mediclaim facility is available.the food safety is maintained in such a way that no other brand can beet them.

Your job is in risk(No Job Security), Increment is just 1% yearly, No opportunity to grow, work time is of 8 hr but employee has to work for 13 to 15 hr.

No much compesation, low salary compared witin the country, pressure from top level. Some people from management were good, but most were rude. no much support from senior managers and also from management

I really like the environment while working and learning new stuff.

Not proper training given to the new people, not even proper security system in there and salary is very less as compared to other brands

Burger King is a very big QSR brand. There is no problem in terms of work in Burger King, the only problem is in the payment. The employee who is promoted internally is paid less and the one who joins from outside is paid more. They make you work overtime but do not pay for it.
