Nothing is there to like as being with company for 9 years I was told to leave without any fault whereas my manager SAHIBA CHAIT should have been sacked as she harrassed me and did unfair treatment to me. She is still.yhete serving with pride and I am jobless. Worst management and HR

Marriott international Inc has a lot of politics and in top of that management just fails to play its role. Worst HR I have come across where HR favour "few". About salary part there is a huge gap between two people of similar designations. One Assistant Manager is paid 1 lakh and the other Assistant Manager is paid 5 lakhs! Ok....with new joinees and transfers from.hotels to corporate office made teh enviornment poisonous and tough to sustain

Job was secured, work culture was good, activities during working hour was best Time.

Rules and regulations are made only for junior level employees, management don’t take any action if something is reported against any mid level manager. Managers favoriet Guys only gets the promotion and nominations and appraisals, for example if I am working in IT dept alone no one cares because related dept heads are sitting outside and Can’t address each and every property level IT.
