I liked only my MD working culture because when he visit any store he always taught us that how you can do your work in a better way, nothing else.

Marks and Spencer is a good corporate bank and we love to work in this company because the work culture is good environment is good

Uniform quality is not that much good because it's a very low quality fabric after washing the bubbles are coming out and we are not present table in frent of the customer .

Working at Marks & Spencer, Gurgaon as a CSA was a generally positive experience. The company has a great work culture, excellent training, and overall supportive policies for employees. The brand itself is highly reputed, and most of the management team is professional and approachable. However, there are exceptions, like Tezveer Yadav, who was one of the worst managers to work under during his time as a floor manager. He often took undue advantage of his seniority and displayed a lack of empathy towards his team members. Even in emergencies, he would refuse to approve leaves, creating unnecessary stress for the team.
