The work culture at MnM is good and good amount of time is provided for report publishing. The client base is good, we get opportunities to work with tier 1 companies like Microsoft, HPE, Oracle.

Dislikes

The most demotivating part of working at MnM is no additional bonus and recognitions are provided. Furthermore, salary growth for existing employees is too low however they recruit people at same lavel with too much higher salary.

Work Details

There's a good work life balance at MnM specially during initial days of a project. There's no restriction to login and logout at a particular time. But during the final phase of the projects we need to work for a longer period of time.

Our CEO Mr. Sandeep Sugla. He is a perfect role model. He is a true example of a visionary leader who has all the attributes of being the best in the Industry.

Politics, zero importance for research team, terrible managers who only love those employees who likes buttering them get them booze. Pathetic team environment, always rumours of lay off etc etc.....

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
