Good learning when you are on consult and customization projects. You have some flexibility in timeline and get to interact with sales team and client.

1) Work pressure in syndicate/ revamp side remains consistent. 2) Sometimes heavy work pressure in custom works as well. 3) Low compensation

It's a good company for stability however career growth (learning and monetary) is very low. Sometimes you have to work for 12 hrs while sometimes you have to work just for 3-4 hrs so overall work-life balance is in your hand and one has to manage things around the project timeline. Managers are good but management is not sufficiently effective (maybe good at strategy building but not at implementing it). Sometimes management does some unethical things with employees (pure high level of office politics played on mass level) - but unfortunately, it's not illegal. So if you want stability, a decent salary, peace of mind you can join here but if you want to learn, innovate, feel appreciated, feel challenged (in a positive way) then this may not be the best choice....Read More

When working from home, they don't provide laptop/desktop, they do not reimburse internet bills, no overtime allowance, etc. Sometimes unethical (and occasionally illegal too) with employees especially in money matters.
