Working at Market Pulse has been a great journey, professionally and personally. Each person at Market Pulse is deeply passionate about the work they do and about their interests in life. It is inspiring to watch them and learn from them. Besides that, everyone is humble, fun to work with, innately driven, and compassionate. It is an absolute joy to work and play with them. We have not only been a great team that loves working together but also developed friendships that will last a lifetime. Market Pulse has a healthy environment where everybody's time, physical health, mental health, family, and personal life are taken into consideration. For example, working overtime and on weekends is a no-no. I also appreciate our re.boot program that forces us to take a long weekend off each month and a long-long weekend off each quarter. And it doesn’t stop here! We are also encouraged to pursue our hobbies, interests, and passion, and are even compensated for it each time! This way some of us have picked up learning instruments, baking, cycling, photography, arts & craft. Market Pulse also has a unique program to help us grow personally and professionally, called the Gifts of Growth. Each quarter we get together and prepare gifts that we wish to give to our colleagues. Gifts of perfection are qualities that make them awesome and gifts of imperfections are traits they can work on. I also appreciate the transparency in our culture. Be it conversations around the revenue, appraisals, salary structures, funding, strategic milestones, or decision making, our culture is of a democratic nature. The company's work culture is employee centric. No working hours, unlimited no question asked paid leaves also the company have a policy for employee's to rejuvenate, the program is called reboot. In reboot the company offers Friday, Saturday & Sunday off in every month and every 3 month Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, also company provide us with a budget to rejuvinate during reboot. So for management, we hate managers at Market Pulse, we don't have any managers and we don't want to, we are given the opportunity to take the responsibility and complete the task. No politics since we have flat hierarcy. We don't have a management team, we have leaders who guide us and show us the path in our personal and professional life as well

Market Pulse is a people-first organisation. I love the fact that in a space where everyone claims to be flat, flexible and transparent, this is one place I have truly seen these qualities in action. We have no managers, deadlines, KPIs, targets, or essentially any stress/pressure of any kind. The organisation is deeply and equally invested in every individual. We are a highly solution-focused, fail-fast-learn-fast tech startup. Passion drives us and innovation happens quickly, however not everything sees completion. Sometimes I feel we might be biting off more than we can chew.
