At Markelytics, the work environment is the best. It gives me the inspiration to learn and perform better each day. I may run into some errors. But I have been trained to learn even from my mistakes. Markelytics has given me valuable experience. The learning received here is professionally helping me. To some extent, it helps me personally as well.

I wish I had some onsite opportunities too. The experience would have been richer.

HR and senior managers are easy to contact and approach. I am not required to wait for long hours or days to hear from them. They do have many responsibilities but they know their priorities. Whenever I require genuine advice when I am confused, HR offer help. Also, the managers are very trustworthy regarding any matters I discuss with them.

Dislikes

A couple of colleagues around me receive call on speaker, disrupting my focus a bit.

Learning to handle different opinions is nothing less than a skill. While working on projects, my colleagues can have different approaches. I tend to adjust to their and see how effective they are. To improve my career path, Markelytics Solutions has been an awesome company. Earlier, I was pursuing a different job. I switched my job and started working as a survey programmer. Clearly, I needed enough direction to be successful in this field. This company has experienced people who are always willing to guide me. It is because of them that my work seems simpler.

Most benefits are given, However, some facilities can be managed better. Work systems should be upgraded

This company's top management is excellent. The employees respect its decisions. When the employees have any suggestions, the top management definitely gives a thought to them. the leaders are knowledgeable. They are great at planning the work with effectiveness. Lastly, the environment is healthy. Markelytics work ethics.

A few employees may try to influence you in a bad way. But you need to trust HR, managers, and your instincts.
