Markelytics Solution managers handle several processes. They ensure that everything is done with transparency. Along with this, they treat the employees as humans, not machines. Only that much load is given that they can deal with.

Please increase the number of sick leaves allowed. This can be a big relief for employees who have many duties but are unable to attend office when sick.

The organization has different teams. I am familiar with most employees in these teams. Although I don't work with all of them, they are helpful and nice. On a few occasions, I got to connect with the managers and bosses as well. Our communication went well. I am getting to work on different projects and the work is quite intersting.

No dislikes or problems. I like everything about this organization and wish it all goes well in the future too.

There is great unity between the colleagues. When you work in an office, Some problems may be seen. But the colleagues unite and deal well with the problems. The managers are there for any helped needed. Sometimes they themselves connect with the employees to know if everything is alright. They are friendly also and maintain a fun environment at work.

Sometimes, workload doesn't let the day get over.

I find the employees nice and I can trust them too. They focus on their performance but also see that the team is going in the right direction. So, they bond very well and help each other to make progress. Due to this, teams are very strong.

Dislikes

When the other developed was on leave, I had to cancel mine. Then I had to take it the next day so my personal work was slightly delayed.

Lots of politics and management doesn't addresses our issues. Career growth is too slow. No on job training for new joinees. No work from home facility given when needed. No week off given even if the working days are 5. Company policies are not justifiable. Management is not transparent. No appreciation for Tech Team.
