I like how the managers distribute the work. Work pressure does not fall on any one person. There are juniors and seniors but we all are given work as per our potential. Interacting with the employees is great because I am able to have quality discussions with them.

Dislikes

I am satisfied to quite an extent here. Hopefully, I have nothing to not like in this organisation.

I was not lucky enough earlier to find a company with good management. Mainly, I worked in startups or small companies then tried their best to manage things but weren't able to. A good thing at Markelytics is that the management is strong, skilled, and transparent too. it is best in every aspect that I can think of.

Markelytics Solution managers handle several processes. They ensure that everything is done with transparency. Along with this, they treat the employees as humans, not machines. Only that much load is given that they can deal with.

Dislikes

Please increase the number of sick leaves allowed. This can be a big relief for employees who have many duties but are unable to attend office when sick.

The organization has different teams. I am familiar with most employees in these teams. Although I don't work with all of them, they are helpful and nice. On a few occasions, I got to connect with the managers and bosses as well. Our communication went well. I am getting to work on different projects and the work is quite intersting.

The company has so many projects. I have been working on many of them. So, my knowledge has grown. My colleagues working here are also nice. We often discuss the projects and because they have a good experience, we are able to come up with many new ideas for software development.

I won't say that I dislike this but sometimes the work pressure is there. Something should be done to ease.

There is great unity between the colleagues. When you work in an office, Some problems may be seen. But the colleagues unite and deal well with the problems. The managers are there for any helped needed. Sometimes they themselves connect with the employees to know if everything is alright. They are friendly also and maintain a fun environment at work.

I joined here in July. I am an experienced employee but was looking for a company with endless projects, good seniors, and some flexibility. I have been working on multiple projects here under the guidance of my seniors who maintain corporate etiquettes & decorum. The flexibility given in some areas is fine.

Multi-tasking abilities are always helpful but sometimes tasks get stretched and it makes things a little difficult.

It is interesting to see that the company keeps taking the feedback of the employees from time to time. I was surprised by this. Then I got to know that this is how the management is able to see how satisfied the employees are and what can be done to improve the environment. I have seen so many things improve at a great level. In 2 years, it has become very likely to work here.

I've progressed as a senior software engineer. I have learned a lot here in these 3 years and this has only made my performance more noteworthy. I've never felt the work culture to be hectic. over years. I Have learned to balance my office work without letting it affect my personal life.

Dislikes

Work-life balance was an issue 3 years ago. But I increased my efficiency. Then I was able to manage it. The management really supported me with this.

I find the employees nice and I can trust them too. They focus on their performance but also see that the team is going in the right direction. So, they bond very well and help each other to make progress. Due to this, teams are very strong.

When the other developed was on leave, I had to cancel mine. Then I had to take it the next day so my personal work was slightly delayed.

During the lockdown, I was facing a few issues. The management instantly gave me practical. solutions. I think that if the management would not have helped me, then I might have to take many leaves. So, many thanks to the management. What more I like here is the dedication of the employees. It gives me much pleasure to work with people who are so sincere about their duties.

As I said, few issues were there but were quickly solved. In 3 years, I think this happened only once.
