Department culture was not good, i seriously regret my decision to join mmi. AVP HR Head is not a good person for people who wants to build there career specially girls.... He will threatened u, he misbehave with you, he will bring your personal stuffs to demotivate u and ofcourse he will not appraise u if u will not work accordingly to him(u know what I mean)....... MapmyIndia offers challenging tasks that are great for freshers looking to learn. Here, salary and work-life balance might not be the top priority. No layoffs even when market's condition was worse.

Work-life balance is not the top priority for management. No work from home is available even if a person is not well, not even in special cases. Your growth will be team-dependent.

During interviews, qualified candidates with good communication skills are overlooked if they're deemed a "future threat". Instead, they prefer candidates who will simply follow instructions.
