It is terrible organization that doesn't think about supporting and encouraging the employees. During lockdown they just asked to work and when restrictions were removed in lockdown they just expelled many employees who come here with a dream far away from home.

...he employee are judged on basis of how many years have you given to the company. If you are a new employee then they will give you work equal to others but salary is so poor that you can barely handle your expenses if you are from other state.
